We will replace the damaged item if available, or refund you if the item is not available. We do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. A: We cannot guarantee shipping times, once the package the package leaves our store it is out of our control. On average, FedEx and Canada Post averages 5-7 business days within AB (7-10 business days outside AB).
