Refund policy
In-Store Returns*: Items may be brought back in within 14 days for store credit or exchange. All tags and labels must be on, and items unworn and unwashed. We recommend picking up your purchase as soon as possible, as our return policy starts at date of purchase. For items shipped, the return policy comes into effect when we see the courier has delivered the order. Returned items will be subject to arrival/restocking for 24 hours. After the arrival/restock period expires we will inspect your items; if they are in original condition with all tags attached we will issue you your credit.
We do not issue cash refunds.
Eligible items that are unworn/unwashed, with receipts, all tags attached, & footwear in the original box with all packaging, may be returned back to us for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the day they were delivered to you.
If you selected local pickup, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange your items, or return for store credit.
Returns by Mail*: We will open and inspect the returned package and be in contact with you for your return. Please include your receipt, or packing slip with order number. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
*ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS (and sales events), skin, hair, body products, intimates, sleepwear, swimwear, hats, beanies, toques, and all jewelry are FINAL SALE.
No price adjustments or rain checks will be issued.

Please note - we do not offer price adjustments. If a flash sale begins or last chance items are added to our sale section, we cannot make price adjustments if said items were previously purchased.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Christmas Gifts purchased after Nov 15th, are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 10th with the tags attached.
Holiday purchases are from November 15th onwards. We will extend the original policy on gift purchases to be returned for in store credit, or exchanged up until January 10th, 2025
In addition to the above rules, there will be no returns or exchanges on holiday purchases until after January 2nd 2025.
***Must be added in the notes at checkout that it is a gift.
