Shipping policy

We know that not everyone can make it to the shop we are happy to offer both local delivery and shipping across Canada.

We ship out orders Tuesday - Friday using Canada Post., & UPS

On average orders are shipped within 24-48 hours or the next business day. Shipping is not processed on weekends.

We cannot guarantee shipping times, once the package the package leaves our store it is out of our control. On average, UPS and Canada Post averages 5-7 business days within AB (7-10 business days outside AB).

Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking for your shipment. Sometimes its estimates are incorrect and it estimates arrival sooner than it will happen. If the tracking is not updating after five business day, please reach out and we will look into it for you.
