Só Luxury's Honey Oat is a gentle cleansing bar made with olive oil, shea butter coconut milk, oats and honey.
Please note, if you are using our Honey Oat Bar as a baby soap, that our formula does not contain any chemical ingredients to make it tear-free like traditional baby soaps. As such, care should be made to ensure soap does not get into baby's eyes.
We recommend using the soap by rubbing onto a wet washcloth rather than putting the bar into the tub and using directly on the skin. This will ensure you have control over the soap and baby won't rub it into his or her eyes accidentally. It will also ensure the longevity of your soap. Allow soap to dry between uses for the longest shelf life.

We have selected the most fragrant and beneficial herbs for our Sitz Bath Tea blend. Sea salt, lavender, calendula, raspberry leaf, comfrey, chamomile, yarrow and rosemary create a beautiful floral aroma for anyone looking to have a relaxing soak, not just for new mamas.
Each box comes with 3 individual tea bags.
Directions: Steep one bag in 8 cups hot boiled water for 20 minutes (just like your favourite cuppa tea). Add the brewed Sitz Bath Tea to bath water and soak for 20 minutes or add to a peri bottle to be used directly.

In-Store Returns*: Items may be brought back within 14 days for store credit or exchange. No cash refunds. All tags and labels must be on, and items unworn and unwashed. We recommend picking up your curb side as soon as possible, as our return policy starts at the date of purchase. For items shipped, the return policy comes into effect when we see the courier has attempted delivery.
We will inspect your items; if they are in original condition of purchase, with all tags attached we will issue you your credit. We do not issue cash or electronic refunds. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
Returns by Mail*: We will open and inspect the returned package and be in contact with you for your return. Please include your receipt, or packing slip with order number.
Holiday Return Policy*: In addition to the above rules, there will be no returns or exchanges on holiday purchases until January 2 2024. Holiday purchases are from November 15th onwards. We will extend the original policy on gift purchases to be returned for in store credit, or exchanged up until January 13th, 2024.
HOLIDAY EXCEPTION (FINAL SALE ITEMS), such as clothing, footwear, outerwear, will be allowed to be exchanged or an in-store credit given as long as items are brought back before or by January 13th.
All intimates, swimwear, jewelry, are final sale as per our usual policy.

Q: What is the return process?
A: Items may be brought back in a completely sealed container within 7 days for store credit or exchange. All tags and labels must be on, and items unworn and unwashed. We recommend picking up your curb side as soon as possible, as our return policy starts at date of purchase. Returned items will be quarantined for 24 hours. After the quarantine period expires we will inspect your items; if they are in original condition with all tags attached we will issue you your credit. We do not issue cash or electronic refunds. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
*All discounted items (sales events), intimates, sleepwear, haircare, hair tools, personal care items and jewellery are final sale. No price adjustments or rainchecks will be issued.
Q: Which items are not returnable?
A: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, chocolate, candy or jewelry cannot be returned.

A: We cannot guarantee shipping times, once the package the package leaves our store it is out of our control. On average, FedEx and Canada Post averages 5-7 business days within AB (7-10 business days outside AB).
