Our Scents
Ballet Slipper (Spiced Cedar Brandy) - A mixture of an earthy aroma of fresh cut cedar and sweet, fine brandy, infused with crisp, rich spices.

Moss Mist (Basil and Bosc Pear) - Clean, crisp pear and fresh basil. Like waking up on a cool, dewy summer morning.

Adobe Sand (Buttered Spice) - Remember those butterscotch candies you used to get from your grandma’s candy dish? This smells exactly like them with a little touch of spice.

Lunar Mauve (Bourbon) - An intoxicating fragrance. This scent is rich and seductive, smooth and warm, and will entice you to pour yourself a drink!

Beach Foam (Honey Fig & Ginger) - A trendy blend of honey fig with the distinct high notes of ginger. Almost in the "tea" family.

Coconut (Coconut Lime) - A tropical scent, inspired by an island breeze of luscious fruits and crisp citrus. Notes of zesty lime, tart lemon verbena and sheer coconut water.

Natural (Scentless) - No scents added. ** Our special blend wax consists of beeswax, soy wax and palm wax so natural aromas may arise**

All EX OH Pillar Candles come carefully packaged in luxury rigid boxes specially made to protect each candle from damage.

Due to the natural characteristics of our wax, a frosting may be present on the candle when first opened. If this occurs, gently wipe the candle with a soft cloth and you'll be good to go!

*These candles are hand dipped and may have natural drip marks*

In-Store Returns*: Items may be brought back in a completely sealed container within 7 days for store credit or exchange. All tags and labels must be on, and items unworn and unwashed. We recommend picking up your curb side as soon as possible, as our return policy starts at date of purchase. For items shipped, the return policy comes into effect when we see the courier has attempted their first delivery.

Returned items will be quarantined for 24 hours. After the quarantine period expires we will inspect your items; if they are in original condition with all tags attached we will issue you your credit. We do not issue cash or electronic refunds. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

Returns by Mail*: We will open and inspect your sealed package and be in contact with you for your return. Please include your receipt.

Holiday Return Policy*: In addition to the above rules, there will be no returns or exchanges on holiday purchases until January 14th. We will extend the original policy on gift purchases to be returned for in store credit, or exchanged up until January 14th, 2023

*ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS (and sales events), skin, hair, & body products, intimates, sleepwear, swimwear, hats, beanies, touques, and all jewelry are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments or rainchecks will be issued.

Q: What is the return process?

Q: Which items are not returnable?

A: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, chocolate, candy or jewelry cannot be returned. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Q: What is the return shipping charge?

A:  Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Q: What if my item is damaged or defective?

Q: What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Q: How are gift items returned?

A:  In addition to the above rules, all items purchased from November 15 to December 24, 2020 are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 9, 2020.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase.

Q: When will I receive my order? 

A: We cannot guarantee shipping times, once the package the package leaves our store it is out of our control. On average, FedEx and Canada Post averages 5-7 business days within AB (7-10 business days outside AB).

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

A: We use FedEx and Canada Post as our preferred shipping carriers. Other shipping and delivery carriers may be employed depending on the variation of each order. 

Q: If there is an issue with delivery or packaging, who do I contact?

Q: Can I ship my order to a different address?

A: Yes, you are able to ship orders to a different address than the billing address.
