The Konjac (Kon-Yak) sponge is made from the Konjac root, a porous vegetable that grows native to Asia.  The Konjac plant is naturally alkaline, helping to balance the pH of our skin.  A Konjac Cleansing Sponge is an all-natural, gentle, cleansing exfoliator.  

Pure Konjac - This universal sponge may be used on all skin-types including the most sensitive skin, even the delicate under eye area.  Ingredients:  Amorphophallus Konjac Root

Bamboo Charcoal Konjac - Enriched with bamboo charcoal which helps to unclog and tighten the pores and fights acne-causing bacteria.  Bamboo Charcoal Konjac may be used on any skin type but is best used on combination or oil prone skin.  Ingredients:  Amorphophallus Konjac Root, Activated Bamboo Charcoal

Directions:  Start by soaking your Konjac sponge in warm water, press several times to expel excess water before use.  Massage gently in upward motions on the face and body.  Our Konjac Sponges may be used daily with your fav cleansing product, using less product than usual as the sponge makes your product go further!

Care:  After use, rinse well and lightly squeeze in between both hands to remove excess water.  For longevity, store clean sponge in the fridge to keep fresh and cool.  Sponge may also be hung to air dry.  Do not allow to stand in pooled water.   100% natural vegetable product, can be safely composted!  Replace sponge once damaged or worn, approximately every 2-3 months.

In-Store Returns*: Items may be brought back in a completely sealed container within 7 days for store credit or exchange. All tags and labels must be on, and items unworn and unwashed. We recommend picking up your curb side as soon as possible, as our return policy starts at date of purchase. For items shipped, the return policy comes into effect when we see the courier has attempted their first delivery.

Returned items will be quarantined for 24 hours. After the quarantine period expires we will inspect your items; if they are in original condition with all tags attached we will issue you your credit. We do not issue cash or electronic refunds. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

Returns by Mail*: We will open and inspect your sealed package and be in contact with you for your return. Please include your receipt.

Holiday Return Policy*: In addition to the above rules, all items purchased from November 15 to December 24, 2020 are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 14, 2020.

*All discounted items (sales events), intimates, sleepwear, and jewellery are final sale. No price adjustments or rainchecks will be issued.

Q: What is the return process?

Q: Which items are not returnable?

A: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, chocolate, candy or jewelry cannot be returned. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Q: What is the return shipping charge?

A:  Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Q: What if my item is damaged or defective?

Q: What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

A: Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase.

Q: When will I receive my order? 

A: We cannot guarantee shipping times, once the package the package leaves our store it is out of our control. On average, FedEx and Canada Post averages 5-7 business days within AB (7-10 business days outside AB).

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

A: We use FedEx and Canada Post as our preferred shipping carriers. Other shipping and delivery carriers may be employed depending on the variation of each order.
