The Hyaluronic Ruby Serum performs as a mild exfoliant, helping to improve collagen synthesis with hyaluronic acid (HA). Vitamin C, HA, and natural fruit acids have a plumping effect on fine lines and wrinkles, while forming a barrier effect to help prevent the skin from losing water content, resulting in a toned, youthful, and radiant looking complexion. Rich in Vitamins B3, E, amino acids, and lycopene, this plant-powered serum will help to reduce the appearance of discolouration, and free-radical damage, while supremely replenishing the skin. Ruby gemstones represent power, nobility and vitality. Energetic rays of this submerged ‘king of gemstones’ aid in enhancing circulation and strengthening the facial tissue. This thirst-quenching facial serum is a 100% all-natural, multifunctional blend of powerful botanical extracts, like bilberry and soothing cucumber, which help boost the skin’s elasticity, resulting in bright and refreshed looking skin. Luxurious and clarifying bergamot oil helps to protect the skin and unclog pores. Sandalwood, and Canadian rosewood, have skin brightening properties, which help reduce the signs of premature aging.

Inspiration: Why we made this potion...
"The inspiration behind this potion came from my fascination with the benefits of hyaluronic acid, and it's powerful ability to retain moisture in the skin. When the skin is no longer expending energy to stay hydrated, it concentrates more on cell regeneration resulting in a plumper, more radiant complexion. As a child, my favourite movie was the Wizard of Oz. Dorothy's ruby red slippers were complete magic to me, and I've always felt a connection to rubies.The ruby stone is also my July birthstone. When we decided to innovate this serum, we wanted it to carry the magic and benefits of the ruby stone, and originally called it 'The Ruby Time Machine', but due to copyright issues, we decided to put the star ingredient in its title instead. We also wanted to innovate a serum that felt equally sensual, otherworldly, and sensorial, yet extremely high performance with the most supernatural, hard-working and all-natural ingredients." - Lane Edwards

In-Store Returns*: Items may be brought back within 14 days for store credit or exchange. No cash refunds. All tags and labels must be on, and items unworn and unwashed. We recommend picking up your curb side as soon as possible, as our return policy starts at the date of purchase. For items shipped, the return policy comes into effect when we see the courier has attempted delivery. 

We will inspect your items; if they are in original condition of purchase, with all tags attached we will issue you your credit. We do not issue cash or electronic refunds. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

Returns by Mail*: We will open and inspect the returned package and be in contact with you for your return. Please include your receipt, or packing slip with order number. 

Holiday Return Policy*: In addition to the above rules, there will be no returns or exchanges on holiday purchases until January 2 2024. Holiday purchases are from November 15th onwards. We will extend the original policy on gift purchases to be returned for in store credit, or exchanged up until January 13th, 2024.

HOLIDAY EXCEPTION (FINAL SALE ITEMS), such as clothing, footwear, outerwear, will be allowed to be exchanged or an in-store credit given as long as items are brought back before or by January 13th.
All intimates, swimwear, jewelry, are final sale as per our usual policy. 

*ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS (and sales events), skin, hair, body products, intimates, sleepwear, swimwear, hats, beanies, toques, and all jewelry are FINAL SALE.

Q: What is the return process?

A:  Items may be brought back in a completely sealed container within 7 days for store credit or exchange. All tags and labels must be on, and items unworn and unwashed. We recommend picking up your curb side as soon as possible, as our return policy starts at date of purchase. For items shipped, the return policy comes into effect when we see the courier has attempted their first delivery.

Returned items will be quarantined for 24 hours. After the quarantine period expires we will inspect your items; if they are in original condition with all tags attached we will issue you your credit. We do not issue cash or electronic refunds. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

*All discounted items (sales events), intimates, sleepwear, haircare, hair tools, personal care items and jewellery are final sale. No price adjustments or rainchecks will be issued.

Q: Which items are not returnable?

A: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, chocolate, candy or jewelry cannot be returned. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Q: What is the return shipping charge?

A:  Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Q: What if my item is damaged or defective?

Q: What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Q: How are gift items returned?

A:  In addition to the above rules, all items purchased from November 15 to December 24, 2020 are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 9, 2020.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase.

Q: When will I receive my order? 

A: We cannot guarantee shipping times, once the package the package leaves our store it is out of our control. On average, FedEx and Canada Post averages 5-7 business days within AB (7-10 business days outside AB).

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

A: We use FedEx and Canada Post as our preferred shipping carriers. Other shipping and delivery carriers may be employed depending on the variation of each order.
